Fellow is the highest grade amongst the IEI Corporate Members. The Minimum Eligibility is
(a) 40 years, at the time application.
(b) BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution.
(C) Professional Experience of atleast 15 years and holding a position of high responsibility. Professors/ Associate Professors working/worked in Universities / Engineering Colleges possibility.
Member is a senior grade of IEI Corporate Member’s category and is eligible to use designatory words MIE after the name.
(a) 30 years, at the time application.
(b) BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution.
(C) Professional Experience of atleast 8 years holding a position of responsibility.
Associate Member is an initial grade of IEI Corporate Member’s category
(a) 21 years, at the time application.
(b) BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution.
After attaining certain experience, any Corporate Member can apply for Chartered Engineer’s Certificate from IEI.
(a) To Possesses self-employed consultant in Engineering Profession in India and abroad.
(b) This certification provides value addition during the empanelment as Valuer, Loss Assessor with various Government bodies and Financial Institutions.
